Since 23. May 2004 the new German
Bundesdatenschutzgesetz is valid. The responsible position got
more duties and can`t delegate them anymore to other places
or persons. The data protection officer has to accumulate more and new knowledge
about protection of personal dates. Technical and organisational
advices have to be build up.
